Vital Spiritual Health Pt. 1 - A New Covenant. Jer. 31:31-34

How do we measure our spiritual growth? What does it mean to grow and mature in our walk with the Lord? How can we know that we are in fact growing in the Lord and not standing still or moving backward? Do you consider yourself spiritually healthy?
If you’re like many believers you probably experienced a good deal of growth in your first few years with the Lord. Hopefully you began to get a better understanding of Scripture and that understanding began to more and more shape your character.
But then you may have experienced somewhat of a slow down. There came a time when you dropped a few particularly bad habits, began somewhat of a regular Christian routine of going to church, participating in bible study and perhaps even working within a ministry or two. Your vocabulary changed, you gained a new circle of friends and settled into a routine that involved the real life of the here and now even as you continued to mature in the real life of the yet to come.
